These draft website terms describe the intended use of Essential Solutions services operated by Essential Funding LLC. They must be finalized by the business before taking payments. Specific commitments will be governed by the agreement and order form signed by each customer.

Services and setup

Essential Solutions provides software configuration and AI-assisted customer communication tools. Features depend on the purchased plan and may require compatible third-party systems, telephone numbers, registrations, and permissions before activation.

Pricing and billing

Displayed subscription prices and setup fees are informational until checkout. The final payment page or executed service agreement will confirm the amount, billing term, usage charges, taxes where applicable, renewal, and cancellation terms. We will not charge your card through an unconfigured website form.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate business details and obtaining legally required permissions before communicating with their own contacts. AI output should be reviewed and monitored, particularly for time-sensitive or important information.

Availability and changes

Features and integrations may depend on external providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted third-party service and will identify essential activation dependencies during onboarding.
